Heating concept:

Multi-overheat protection:

• with acoustic and optical alarm when temperature is exceeded or fallen below
• separated, electronic temperature selection monitor TWW, protection class 3.1 can be set digitally
• additional integrated protection from excess and insufficient temperature "ASF", which automatically follows the target value in selectable distance
• mechanical temperature limitation TB protection class 1 to turn off heating at ca. 10°C above the max. chamber temperature
• additional monitoriing: Acoustic signal when CO2 limit is exceeded and gas bottle is empty; door-open warning

Structure stainless-steel housing:

• fully insulated stainless-steel door with double lock and 4-point adjustment
• inner glass door with opening (8 mm Ø) to remove gas sample
• fully galvanised steel-panel back wall

Interior:

• easy-to-handle stainless-steel workspace enforced by deep-drawing ribbing W.-St. 1.4301 (ASTM 304), hermetically welded
• stainless perforated steel plates, full width (size 108: 2 pc., sizes 153/246: 3 pc), stainless steel water basins (sizes 108/153: 1 pc. full width, size 246: 2 pc. half width)

• from +20°C (but at least 8°C above room temperature) to +50°C
• temperature deviation at 37°C: < ±0.3°C

for size 108/153/246, oxygen content is controlled by means of supply of nitrogen; setting range 1% to 20% O2, setting accuracy 0.1% (cannot be combined with Comfort and Premium modules). For applications with an O2 setpoint smaller than 10%, we urgently advise to equip the device with a Humidity module.
