SiC heated chamber furnaces up to 1600°C
Free radiating SiC double spiral heating elements on either side of the chamber. Furnaces using these elements are designed with excess power to ensure that ageing is easily corrected and heating performance is maintained. The microprocessor based digital PID controller allows accurate control of temperature. Other programmers are available on request.
MoSi2 heated chamber furnaces up to 1800°C
The use of high quality fibre insulation and free radiating molybdenum disilicide heating elements allows maximum temperature to be reached quickly, with low power usage. The parallel swinging, upwardly opening door ensures that the hot face insulation is kept away from the operator at all times. A transformer and Eurotherm 3216 with 8 programmable segment pairs and a separate adjustable overtemperature controller are integrated.
