LAUDA Proline, the line of warm and cold thermostats for universal use in research, application technology, product and quality control. With an extremely wide temperature range from -90 to 300°C, they can be used for tempering in a bath, in an externally closed circuit or in a separately open bath. Available in the Master and Command versions. Proline Master: the thermostat with maximum performance and the most important basic functions. Proline Command: additional functions that extend the area of application and increase operating convenience.
Of special note: the Command version builds on the Master version. As such, any Master unit can be converted to a Command unit.
Vario flex pump:
Pressure/suction pump with 8 stages to meet the respective performance requirements. Pump output (pressure pump) up to 1.1 bar/delivery rate up to max. 32 l/min.
PowerAdapt system:
The maximum possible heat output is used to the greatest extent possible, yielding very high, previously unachieved heat outputs of up to 3.5 kW. Advantage: shorter warm-up times and optimal performance without negative effects on the laboratory power supply.
SmartCool system for cold thermostats:
Unique, energy-saving digital cold management with automatic compressor that allows for cold outputs of up to 1.6 kW and temperatures to -90 °C for compact table units.
SelfCheck assistant:
Proline electronics automatically checks the operating status for possible faults and informs the user as such: overtemperature protection, under level/over level protection
EasyUse operation:
Easy key operation, remote control (Command version), ergonomic handles, easy to access drain cock, pump discharges at the rear and on the side.
Available with two different control heads.
Master control head: - Easy-to-read green LED display
- Display resolution 0.01 ºC, target value entry with 0.1 or 0.01 °C resolution
- Limitable target value range
- Easy 3-key operation and additional Tmax key for overtemperature entry
- Integrated external controller in cascade circuit
- Flow temperature and correction variable limit for gentle heating during external closed-loop control
- Function lights for heating and cooling, external regulation as well as for external temperature value
- Faults are notified by means of a bright LED light and with an acoustic alarm
- 2 modular slots, able to be upgraded with an RS-232/485 interface, analog or contact modules, Profibus
- 8-stage Vario flex pump as pressure/suction pump or reinforced pressure pump
- Simple temperature gauge calibration
- Start mode configurable (automatic or manual)
Command control head - like the Master, but also including: - High resolution, background lit graphic LCD display with different display options
- Individually configurable user screen with comprehensive display options
- Actual value display with resolution 0.1/0.01 or 0.001 ºC
- Data entry either via cursor keys or numeric soft keys
- Fixed temperatures: 8 freely selectable and editable temperatures; the last 8 used values are also saved as a target temperature
- Real time clock with timer function
- Editable programmer function with storage option for 150 temperature/time segments, dividable into 5 programs
- Standard integrated optically isolated RS-232/485 interface
- The console of the Command control head can be removed and used as a remote control (to 50 m)
- Menu guidance in 4 languages (German, English, French and Spanish)
