Sterilization Filter Units, Type CN, NALGENE®, IDL

Polystyrene sterilization filter units with nitrocellulose membrane, 50 and 75 mm dia. and green color coding. The triton-free nitrocellulose membrane has excellent wetting characteristics and very fast flow rates in applications using aqueous solutions. These sterile disposable filter units are used in a wide variety of applications including cold sterilization, clarification and pre-filtration of buffers and other aqueous solutions as well as microbiological nutrients. The units have a side arm with cotton wadding and a quick-disconnect tubing adapter. The membrane holders and the packing labels are green.
