Centrifuges 5804 (cooled 5804 R) and 5810 (cooled 5810 R)

The two non-refrigerated basic models differ in capacity but are identical in operation. What is decisive are the user's individual needs. While Centrifuge 5804 has a maximum capacity of 1,000 ml in a swing-bucket rotor, Centrifuge 5810 provides a capacity of 2,000 ml in a swing-bucket rotor. The successful concept of different rotors permits flexible handling of the most diverse tube capacities and shapes.
With the swing-bucket and fixed-angle rotors it is possible to centrifuge the vast majority of commercial tubes, MTPs and deepwell plates. The range of accessories has been greatly expanded - and flexibitity increased accordingly - in particular for the swing bucket rotors A-4-81 and A-4-81-MTP, which enable the centrifuging of up to 28 × 50 ml Falcon® tubes or up to 16 MTPs in the centrifuges A-4-81 and A-4-81-MTP. Using modular adapters you can adapt your rotor to changing needs.

  • Speed can be set from 200 rpm in increments of 10 rpm

  • Fast-temp function for rapid cooling of the centrifuge chamber

Rotors for centrifuges type 5804/5804 R and 5810/5810 R

The new generation of swing-bucket and fixed-angel rotors further improves the efficiency of the centrifuges 5804 (cooled: 5804 R) and 5810 (cooled: 5810 R). They are characterized by their particularly long useful life.

Swing-bucket rotors:

  • Capacities for almost all common tube formats from 1.5 to 500 ml

Fixed angle rotors:
