Serial dispensing made easy.
opus® dispenser for motor-operated dispensing directly out of the text bottle. Available in three volumes (10 ml, 20 ml and 50 ml). In connection with the touch screen and the software opus® dispenser, operation becomes really easy. By means of electronic motor control, opus is a very sensitive precision dispenser and displays great precision also during automatic serial dispensing.

  • Menu-structured, simple operation by means of index cards on the external, coloured TFT touch screen, which can also be read well in daylight
  • Various areas of application by using high-quality materials (ECTFE, DURAN® glass, FEP); media-structured parts can be steam-sterilised (121°)
  • User-friendly feedback system for quick venting without losing the reagent - good for environment and budget
  • Up to 9999 dispensing repetitions can be set, pause time between individual dosages selectable to up to 9999 seconds
  • Stepper function - dispensing several, also different volume settings from one cylinder filling (10 ml, 20 ml and 50 ml)
  • Hassle-free, individual calibration possibilities
  • Individual adjustment possibilities e.g.
    - Language selection (DE, UK, FR, ES)
    - Setting the suction speed and dispensing speed in ml/sec (adjustment to viscosity of the medium is possible)
  • Method memory, up to 9 different settings, e.g. volume, speed, cycle time,... can be saved
  • Accessories (selection):
    - Foot switch to trigger the dispensing process
    - Connection cable USB interface
    - Connection cable to touch screen available in 2000 mm and 5000 mm length, special lengths available
    - System platform made of silicone with bottle holder
    - Batteries as accessories for optional battery operation
  • Saving the last settings ensures quick continuing when switching system back on
