ceramus® classic dispensers are high precision bottle dispensers that can be set in fixed increments for reproducible dosage of liquids. Six models cover the volume spectrum between 0.2 ml to 60 ml ab.

Ceramic piston
All ceramus® classic dispensers feature a special piston made of high-purity Al2O3 ceramic. The combination of this unique ceramic piston with a standardized DURAN® glass cylinder provides ideal conditions for best possible fit, guaranteeing long-term safety and precision.

Advantages of the ceramic piston:

  • no wear
  • no swelling
  • no thermal problems

Operation
You simply turn the graduated collar in either direction to set the volume you want. To dispense, pull up the piston to the stop and press down. That's all you need to do.

Safety
Fixed-increment settings guarantee absolutely reproducible dosage. The latching mechanism effectively prevents inadvertent volume misadjustment. Zero range security locking provides additional protection. A stable protective shell with integrated window provides effective protection against accidental glass breakage. All ceramus® classic dispensers can be steam sterilized up to 121°C / 2 bar if needed.

Conformity
ceramus® classic dispensers are conformance certified as defined in Appendix 12 of the German Calibration Regulations.
