Pipette bulbs made of rubber
When normal pressure is exerted on the bulb, the required amount of liquid plus an additional amount of approx. 10% is extracted into the pipette when the bulb is released. When pressing in, the liquid is discharged to the desired marking.
This simplifies repeated pipetting, which in turn saves time.
The thumb and forefinger are used for green, gray and yellow bulbs. For blue and red bulbs, the thumb is placed on the bulb, with the forefinger and middle finger on the neck (one on each side). The thumb is used to squeeze the bulb.
