Silo drills for silo sampling
Specially developed to take samples from silo vehicles.
When bulk goods are transported great distances (in trucks, railcars etc.), they can demix. If you take a sample from the surface with result may not be representative.
Samples can be taken from deeper levels with the silo drill. The drill is screwed into the bulk material manually and only opened at the required depth. Depths of up to 2.5 m can be reached by using extension rods.

Operation:
1. Drill in the silo drill with the sampling chamber closed
2. Open the chamber at the target point and collect the sample
3. Close the chamber and remove the drill
4. Empty the sample
