All sealing films (with exception of rayon films) are thermostable and pressure resistant and are ideal for use with heated lid thermal cyclers. The sealing films are DNA-, RNase- and DNase-free.

 

ELISA, PCR:

The transparent PP film allows the visual inspection of the samples.
Temperature range -40°C to +125°C

ELISA, Real Time PCR:

The highly transparent film made of polyester is highly suitable for real time PCR measurements. Allows the visual inspection.
Temperature range -40°C to +120°C

Cold storage:

Aluminum sealing film (roll and single sheets) can be pierced easily with a pipette tip for sample removal.
Temperature range -80°C to +120°C

Storage ELISA, PCR:

For samples containing DMSO, only the highly resistant film should be used in this area.

Automation:

Top side PE, underside PP with adhesive. Easy to pierce with pipette tips. Inertly, chemically constant.
Temperature range: -40°C to +90°C.

Fluorescence
measurements:

Vinyl, black. Light-absorbing.
Temperature range: -40°C to +80°C.

Luminescence
measurements:

Vinyl, white. Light-reflecting.
Temperature range: -40°C to +80°C.
