Fibre-optical ultra micro measuring cell for sample volumes of 0.7 µl to 10 µl.

  • Determination of the incorporation frequency of fluorescent dye labels (FOI)
  • Protein analysis (A280, BCA, Lowry etc.)
  • All UV/Vis analysis utilizing the wavelength range of 190 to 1100 nm
  • Optical material: SUPRASIL® quartz glass

The TrayCell is supplied as standard with caps for both 0.2 mm (factor 50) and 1 mm (factor 10) light path. Additional caps for light path 0.1 mm (factor 100) and 2 mm (factor 5) are available on request.

1) As a standard, the TrayCell is set to a centre height of 8.5 mm. By means of the 2 adapters comprised in the delivery, the centre height can be adjusted to 15 mm and 20 mm.
