KERN precision test weights are important tools for controlling your measuring instruments within the scope of ISO 9000ff quality control specifications. The weights also serve to calibrate your balances to the earth's gravitational pull at the respective location.
Test weights
- Individual weights
(see table below) Additional accuracy classes (E1, M2, M3), alternative materials (stainless steel, precision turned brass, etc.), case made of wood or plastic for safe storage of the individual weights, weight-specific accessories, DKD calibration certificate upon request.
- Weight sets
Available in OIML denominations of 1 mg/1 g up to 10 kg (standard), with individually configurable weight sets available upon request.
Calibration certificates for test weights
DKD calibration certificates are evidence of the accuracy of your test weights and serve as a means with which to track your test equipment within the scope of ISO 9000ff quality control specifications. Kern is accredited by the DKD accreditation institute as a DKD calibration laboratory for balances, test weights, and force gauges. Thus, the five calibration labs equipped with state-of-the-art technology are able to issue internationally recognized DKD calibration certificates. Furthermore, we will be pleased to follow up the periodical intervals for recalibration of your test weight and balances and to timely perform the regular recalibration of your equipment.
