Cubis® Laboratory Balances, Sartorius |
The Cubis® modular equipment series, consisting of display and control units, weighing modules and draft shields, interface modules and an extensive line of accessories, enables you to customize your Cubis® balance to meet your specific requirements for any weighing task. Offered in a choice of weighing ranges up to 14 kg and reading precisions from 0.1 µg to 0.1 g, Cubis covers the entire range of laboratory applications. - Q-Guide – a wizard-supported User/Task Management for easiest operation – even when the most complex weighing tasks need to be performed.
- Q-Level – leveling, fast, easy and reliable. A standard feature, with interactive prompts displayed during manual leveling. Cubis also provides the option of motorized leveling – for automatic leveling at the touch of a key.
- Q-Com – a communication design. USB, Ethernet and RS-232C ports are built-in standard features. With an integrated SD card reader for data storage and convenient data transfer (not for MSE). Additional interfaces, such as a Bluetooth, are optionally available.
- Q-Pan – the first lab balance that automatically minimizes off-center loading errors and thus maximizes weighing accuracy.
- Q-Stat – optional integrator ionizer for fast removal of interfering static electrity.
- Advanced Pharma Compliance. Cubis® is ideal for use in the pharmaceutical industry, e.g., with User/Password Management, Audit Trail function, Alibi memory, alert messages and reminder functions, isoCAL fully automatic calibration and adjustment, and is designed for easy cleaning.
- Accessories include Q-Grip, the flexible "One fits all" holder for flasks, vials, reaction vessels or filters, or the Q-Grid grid pan for precision balances for weighing in safety weighing cabings, bworkbenches, or laboratory fume hoods.
With three control units, Cubis® covers the entire range of laboratory applications. Display and control units MSA: - Touch screen featuring high-resolution color TFT
- Outstanding operating convenience and display quality, especially for complex applications
MSU – classic and universal: - High-resolution, generously sized, monochrome graphic display
- Keys that feature positive click action
- For users who prefer to combine classic key-operated control with the widest range of performance features.
MSE – pure and simple weighing: - Large, high-contrast liquid-crystal display
- Easy-to-understand menu guidance with short text prompts
- Clearly structured keys for precise activation of functions

4 Cubis® draft shields
The matching draft shield for every application. Where an electrostatically charged draft shield can lead to measuring errors, the Cubis® eliminates these potential sources for error through a conductive coating on the glass panels. For cleaning purposes, all doors of the draft shield can be disassembled in just a few steps. The last two digits of the order number define the model of draft shield you are ordering. - Draft shield DF, manual stainless steel draft shield for ultramicro and micro-balances – particularly suitable for weighing filters
- Draft shield DM, automatic draft shield for ultramicro and micro-balances with learning function
- Draft shield DR, removable flat stainless steel draft shield for precision balances with 1 mg readability
- Draft shield DE, manual draft shield for precision balances with 1 mg readability
- Draft shield DU, manual analysis draft shield
- Draft shield DA, automatic analysis draft shield
- Draft shield DI, automatic analysis draft shield with integrated ionizer
