Sartorius moisture analyzers are intended for fast and reliable determination of the material moisture in liquid, pasty, and solid substances by way the thermogravimetry method.

All Sartorius moisture analyzers are serially equipped with the following performance features:

• integrated RS232 interface with logging in accordance with ISO / GLP

The MA35 is the basic model in the Sartorius series of moisture analyzers. Its services and operational concept are designed for the daily routine operation with recurrent samples, as it can be found in production inspection and incoming goods inspection. By avoiding programme options which are rarely used in those fields, the MA35 can be easily operated without having to accept limitations regarding flexibility or measurement accuracy.

Robust and reliable:

• 40°C to 160°C drying temperature, adjustable in steps of in 1°C
• sample drying by means of tried-and-tested IR dark heating element (metal tube heating element)
• simple operation by means of easily understandable symbol navigation
• fully automatic determination of the measurement end or the time switch-off from 0.1 to 99 min.
• documentation of the measurement data as short protocol or GLP/GMP-protocol (when using an optional Sartorius printer YDP20-0CE)

The MA150 is the successor of the tried-and-tested MA30. Equally compactly and robustly constructed as its predecessor, it offers even more performance. Besides the time-controlled and fully automatic end point determination, it also provides an adjustable semi-automatic mode. The weighing capacity has been extended to 150 g at a weight resolution of 1 mg. Two different heating units are available, the ceramic heating element provides an especially gentle heating of the respective sample, the quick CQR-quartz glass heater optimised the short measurement times once again. A special operation mode makes it possible to transfer the drying parameters of the MA30 to the MA150 and thus ensures the compatibility of both devices. Three drying programmes are available for the user.
With the high weighing capacity of 150 g and the new function for ignition residue determination, the MA150 is especially suitable for use in the sewage area.
Connected to an external printer YDP20-0CE, the analyzer logs measurement data in accordance with GLP.
