Ductless Safety Cabinets with Air Return System LABOPUR®-Class 2, Ecosafe

Safety cabinets with air return system are used in locations where no ducts are available. These systems allow you to fill/refill liquid and solid chemicals directly at the processing site while providing perfect user protection. Ready for plug-in and instant operation, no structural adjustments required.

Benefits:
Increased safety, economical, environmentally friendly, can be moved to different locations! Choose between 2 mainstream activated carbon filters: the "CORG" filter absorbs the most frequently used chemicals. The "ORG" filter absorbs the majority of combustible materials. Other specific filters, e.g. for formaldehyde, methanol, etc., available on request. Hepafilter.

Standard equipment:

  • Housing made of steel panels 15/10; coated with epoxy paint (RAL 9010)
  • Worktop made of corrosion-resistant HPL, drip pan underneath
  • Transparent polycarbonate see-through panels on all sides. Ergonomic front openings for safe and easy handling of chemicals
  • 3 protective caps for passing through external media (electricity, water, gas...)

Ventilation/ filter system with activated carbon filter – standard NFX 15–211

  • Low-noise fan (49 - 83 dB(A) depending on model). Stream flow: 172 - 202 m3/h
  • Air velometer; timer; sampling outlet
