LF Horizontal Flow Work Benches, BDK

HF laminar flow work benches with horizontal air flow comply with Clean Room Class 5 requirements according to ISO 14644-1 and Clean Room Class 3 according to VDI 2083 and are designed exclusively for product protection applications. These units are used mainly when large objects need to be handled in clean room conditions (microscopy, weighing, etc.). Large workspace opening for easy access.

The housing is available in either melamine resin-coated particle board (standard) or in sheet steel versions. Stainless steel housings are also available. The working area of these units is limited by panes of acrylic glass, which can be pulled out to the front. It is this possible for several units to be joined together side by side to form a clean room line.

Standard equipment

  • Radial fan with infinitely variable speed
  • Workspace lighting
  • Differential pressure indicator for monitoring the filter contamination level
  • G4 class pre-filter
  • H13 class HEPA filter according to DIN EN 1822-1 with a filtration efficiency of 99.95% in MPPS

Optional equipment available: stainless steel work surface, base, UV light, gas, water and vacuum fittings, etc.
