1 TEMPAT® temperature controller

Electronic 2-point controller with fiberglass reinforced plastic housing for controlling heating coils, hot plates, ovens, infrared radiators, water baths, etc. The device has built-in sensor breakdown protection and a switching interval display. The sensor is connected via a tip jack.

2 TEMPAT®-D temperature controller

Same as TEMPAT® except with additional built-in digital display for the actual value and encoder switch for selecting the nominal temperature.

3 TEMPAT®-DSI temperature controller

Configuration same as TEMPAT®-D, except with additional integrated 2-pole irreversible excess temperature or probe breakdown safety shutoff. Fault lamp and warning signal, re-start button, second sensor input jack, potentiometer for setting the threshold temperature and monitoring on LED display.
Rating: 1800 W 8 A.
Option for all 3 TEMPAT® controllers: recorder output available for 0 – 20 mA, 0 – 1 V or 0 – 10 V.
The scope of delivery of TEMPAT® controllers does not include feelers. For temperature feelers that match and are ready for connection, see accessories. If no temperature feeler was ordered, the connection plug suitable for the device is loosely attached.

4 TEMPAT®-DSI temperature controller

Safety temperature switch for monitoring all kinds of temperature control tasks. Ideal for complementing simple temperature controllers. Very suitable for monitoring the temperature of heating tapes, heating mantles, water baths and other heaters which are prone to failure of a switch element and to temperature increases to prohibited high ranges.

Simple operation: plug heater which is to be monitored in the output plug of TEMPAT®-Control, place feeler in the spot which is to be monitored. Set desired temperature limit on the scale. The device now monitors the connected heater. If the set temperature limit is exceeded, the device turns off the connected heater. An optical and acoustic alarm is triggered, which continues even if the temperature falls below the set temperature limit. For reconnection, press reset key.
