SAFETYLAB 4000 laboratory safety system for monitoring laboratory equipment which can be used unsupervised overnight with this device. Great attention has been given to clarity and simple operation. You can simply turn off any functions you are not using. The error memory provides for easy identification of errors. An additional function for approved switch-off via timer ensures optimum process safety.

The SAFTYLAB 4000 allows for safe monitoring of:

  • Actual value below or above nominal temperature
  • Nominal speed of stirrer
  • Cooling water flow rate

The heater control is immediately stopped in case of error. Lowering of the lifting platform is initiated. After 10 minutes, the water stop function is enabled, and the stirrer switched off after 4 minutes. An acoustic alarm is sounded simultaneously, and automatic restart is prevented.
Outputs in the device: Socket with earthing contact for heater and stirrer, Lemo connections for sensors, DIN switching output for water stop solenoid valve 230V and for lowering the lifting platform.
