Fast Cooling of liquids
All units can be supplied with different cooling versions as an option. The cooling time can be reduced dramatically between 50 and 80%. Main feature to achieve short cooling cycles is the double jacket. VE-Water is pumped through the double jacket during cooling, the full contact surface of the chamber ensures a fast heat transfer into the cooling media. No valuable demineralised cooling water is wasted. The cooling water is fed back into the integrated tank and is reused for the next cycle. Automatic cooling of the VE-Water by means of tap water (heat exchange precept).

Vacuum
A powerful watering vacuum pump guarantees a fast and secure deaeration of the sterilisation goods Fractionated or single pre-vacuum programmes are integrated. If ordered with vacuum system vacuum drying is a standard feature. During the drying vacuum hot steam is pulsed through the double jacket to support the drying process.
