Laboratory bottle with wide thread (GLS 80; 80 mm AD). Autoclavable and temperature-resistant (cap and pouring ring: +140°C), gray glass / glass type 1 according to USP/EP with retrace code and batch certificate via internet. Due to the wide mouth, the bottles are especially suitable for working with powders and granulates. Filling and emptying with liquid media is significantly improved, especially for great volumes. Special thread means opening takes less than a turn. Brown-colouring provides light shield of ca. 300-500 mm. Brown-colouring only external, the common interior DURAN® characteristics remain unchanged.

Silicone Bottle Holder
The new silicone bottle holder helps to stabilize bottles during such laboratory activities such as dispensing liquids with bottle mounted dispensers or connection caps, pipetting or filtration. The centre of mass of the laboratory glass bottle is set centrally in the bottle holder, so you can work comfortably and safely. The bottle is held securely in the holder by eight flexible ribs, making it suitable for use with all round and square bottles that have a diameter/edge length of approx. 75 – 120 mm. In addition, the holder can be used for holding other laboratory glassware, such as tall and low beakers or filtration flasks.
