The analyzer identifies the following constituents:
fat content *
protein content *
lactose *
SNF (solids-not-fat) *
freezing point (calculated value with a resolution of 0.001°C)

Operation:
A peristaltic pump feeds the milk sample (20 ml) into two different measurement chambers. Two measurement devices, a "thermo-unit" (red box) and an "optical unit" (blue box), analyze the sample.
Calibration:
Fully automatic calibration with two reference milks (two-point calibration). You can enter up to 18 different calibration profiles for various types of milk. A clearly structured calibration menu helps you to enter the reference values.
Favorably priced analyzer for precise determination of fat and SNF
Use one measurement to specify within one minute the two key parameters, fats and SNF (solid non-fats). Furthermore, the analyzers computes the ingredients protein, lactose, as well as freezing point and density.
Operation:
A peristaltic pump feeds the milk sample (10 ml) into the measurement chamber and analyses the sample.
Calibration:
Fully automatic calibration with two reference milks (two-point calibration). You can enter up to 18 different calibration profiles for various types of milk. During this customer-specific calibration, only the existing fundamental calibration is rectified.
