The OXITEST provides information on the oxidative stability in foods, oils, and fats.
In two separate titanium chambers, one sample can be submitted to double analysis or two different samples to parallel analysis under identical conditions. The oxidative stability of the sample is determined by acceleration of oxidation under application of high temperatures (from 20 to 110°C) and a defined oxygen partial pressure. The oxygen is consumed during the fatburning, and the reduction in the oxygen pressure supplies data on the sample. The intuitive and user-friendly software controls the entire process and offers the possibility of data export and editing.
The delivery scope of the unit includes six sample holders and four spacers.
