Operation
1. Lower bottle into liquid
2. Pull cable when target depth is reached and open stopper

Operation
Lower dipping vessel into liquid. Bottom and cap valves open automatically. Liquid follows through the vessel. The valves close at the target depth, and the desired sample can be collected.
