Special shaker with uniform rotating motion. Versatile, e.g. for precise sedimenting, mixing and processing of soil samples (particularly for processing in glass/plastic wide-mouth vessels with up to 2000 ml rated volume as per DIN 38414, part 4, "German Standard Methods for Water, Wastewater and Sludge Analysis - Determination of Leachability by Water").
Compact, low-wear drive mechanism. Housing made of electrolytically galvanized, powder-coated steel sheet. Clearly laid out control panel for easy operation: LED display for speed indication. Rotating rack with lock for easy securing of the sample vessels. Electronic speed control, stepless, constant speed during continuous operation. Rotating rack with ball bearings on both sides, in four planes, each plane with three holding frames to accommodate a max. of 12 flasks/vessels, round or square, up to a diameter of Ø 110 mm and a height of 270 mm. A d.c. motor with overload protection drives the unit. Holding frame for safe, secure clamping of the sample vessels, made of stainless steel. The unit can be used in ambient temperatures between +10°C and +40°C. Maintenance free, with GS safety approval and with the CE mark.
