Homogenizers behrotest®
With transportable sample vessels.
Homogenizers for pretreatment, sample splitting and homogenization of heterogeneous water samples in accordance with German waste-water quality control standards.
The sample vessels are protected against damage by the homogenizer frame, which has two handles for easy carrying. A flattened inlet facilitates on-site filling. Sample vessel volumes from 5 to 25 l permit multiple sample collection (mixed samples). A graduated scale is provided for easy measurement of sample volume.
Later in the laboratory or sampling vehicle the transport frame is simply placed on the magnetic stirrer for the homogenizer to be ready for instant use. The speed of the magnetic stirrer is adjustable.
This ensures that the user complies with the specified speed at all times. Oxygen input into the samples is thus prevented. Withdrawal of the desired volume of homogenized sample is assured by a PTFE stopcock.
